"There’s nothing wrong with spending time observing the wind and watching the clouds if you're a meteorologist. But if you're into it to avoid doing what needs to be done, then there's plenty of wrong with it. You have one life – decide whether to wait for circumstances to do later or to act now. Something feels right and good and empowering and liberating when you do what you need to do, when you need to do it. God has given you all the time you need to accomplish His priorities for you. To stir up this gift of time, you must ask Him to be in your life in all ways, large and small. Procrastinating may seem small, but who knows what you might be able to achieve once you learn to stop putting things off."
